Build To Last (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our iOS application.

  1. Information We Collect 1.1 Health Data (via Apple HealthKit)

With your permission, Build To Last may read the following data from Apple Health:

Heart rate

VO₂ max

Active energy and calories

Steps

Sleep analysis

Workout activity

We do not write any data to HealthKit unless you explicitly allow it.

All HealthKit data stays on your device and is never transmitted off your device unless you explicitly back it up through iCloud as part of your normal device backup.

1.2 Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage information to improve app performance. This does not include personal data, HealthKit data, or any information that identifies you.

  1. How We Use Your Information

We use the data you provide only for the following purposes:

Calculating heart-rate zones

Tracking fitness progress (workouts, VO₂ max trends, sleep duration, etc.)

Displaying insights and analytics inside the app

Improving app features and performance

We do not:

Sell your data

Use your data for advertising

Share your data with third parties

  1. HealthKit and Sensitive Data Compliance

Build To Last integrates with Apple HealthKit. Under Apple’s guidelines:

HealthKit data is used only for the features inside the app

Health data is never used for marketing

Health data is never shared with third parties

HealthKit data is never stored on our servers

All HealthKit information remains on your device.

  1. Data Storage and Security

The app stores data locally on your device using secure system storage.

No personal data or HealthKit data is stored on external servers.

You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app.

  1. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

Grant or revoke HealthKit permissions at any time

Delete all app data by deleting the app

Disable access to Health data through iOS Settings → Health → Apps

  1. Children’s Privacy

Build To Last is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the beginning of this page.
